1. When we have received your list, we will then price those items which we think the we will be able to re-sell at our shop. The priced list will be returned to you. If you feel that you are happy with the initial offer price, you then send us an E-Mail to confirm that you wish to continue with the transaction. If you do not want to continue, then do nothing.

2. You will now need to pack the items into a strong box or similar, along with a print-out of the priced list that we returned to you. Remember ,your name and address is important. Make sure that it is in the box. Our mailing address is....

Please note that we cannot be responsible for your packing or goods in transit to us. Should anything happen to them (Loss, Theft or Damage) during transit, it will be your responsibility to investigate the situation.) We will take our share of the responsibility, should any item need to be returned to you. The cost of transit will be the responsibility of the sender.

3. When your package arrives at Hog's Head, your stuff will be examined for condition (if you told us any porkys then, this is where we find you out). When we have checked all the items, we will then send out a cheque to you or your designated payee. The currency will be in UK Pounds Sterling.

Please Note.......

In the event that some of your items have defects or were not what we thought them to be, then, we will notify you with details and a revised offer price. If you agree with our revised details, we will send a cheque for the revised amount. Should you not agree, we can try to re-negotiate. In the end if you are still unhappy, we will return your property at our expense. Once you have received your payment, the goods become our property and no further discussion takes place.
