Stormy weather. Black scary skies.
This was the effect through much of our summer of 2004 in Scotland.
This picture was taken as the tail end of Hurricane 'Charlie'
found its way across the north Atlantic as it headed north east
from the USA. We had torrential rain for days and a good few thunder
storms too.
The ground mounted Butternut bending in a 60mph gust.
The antenna is guyed about a quarter way up this photo. It is
designed to take this, I'm reliably informed!
