The shack during the winter 2003-4 Dx season. An Astatic
Silver Eagle mic with the SSB head. This is an old favourite from
my early days discovering the joys of 10m Dx. Up in the far corner
is the old TS700 (Now replaced by a FT-225RD with a Mutek front
end) used for a talk back channel on 144.550 FM between local
stations exchanging band, dx spots and general information. Then
below it there is an Icom 775DSP which runs on 20, 15 and 10.
Next to that a Yaesu 1000MP Mk5 for HF followed by a Yaesu FT736R
which is in use during the summer 50 MHz 'E' & 144MHz tropo
openings. On top an Icom 756 Pro2 and a DSP unit which is used
for other HF work.
